Position Overview
This position supervises the day-to-day operations of the Insulet Corporation Clinical Operations Specialist (COS) team. They will be responsible for managing existing and new processes as well as discovering and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and project management. This position reports to the Clinical Support Manager.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative, managerial, coordination, planning and logistics skills. The candidate must have the ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Corporation and across external business partners.
Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day operations for the Clinical Operations Specialist team, serving as the main escalation point for any questions/issues and managing processes.
- Set up of Certified Pod Trainers in CRM for product certification
- Initiation of training contracts for clinics and certified pod trainers
- Auditing trainings submitted in CRM
- Setup of vendor accounts
• Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Clinical Operations structure.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested.
• Provides coaching and feedback to the Clinical Operations Specialist team.
• Work in conjunction with Compliance, Legal and Accounts Payable to assist in responding to contacts
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in field/office management role
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
• Strong background in workforce management, service quality management and contracting management.
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and create/innovative solutions to support the Clinical Team.
• Experience providing remote support
• Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Software and Salesforce
Physical Requirements:
• Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
• Manual dexterity is needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard.
• Lightweight lifting may be required.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• This position may require occasional travel.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,900.00 - $103,550.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
