What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll be the right hand to our Director of Nursing, ensuring our residents receive top-tier care and our nursing team is supported, trained, and motivated. Your role will include:
Leadership & Collaboration - Work closely with the Director of Nursing to shape the future of nursing care at Centerville.
Clinical Excellence - Oversee resident care plans, conduct assessments, and ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
Team Support & Development - Supervise and mentor nursing staff, foster teamwork, and provide ongoing training to ensure everyone is on top of their game.
Compliance & Quality - Ensure that all operations comply with state and federal regulations while keeping our facility on the cutting edge of care.
Problem-Solving - Address resident and family concerns with a solutions-focused mindset. You'll be our go-to for turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
A Passion for Nursing - You care about people. You have a deep commitment to quality care and have experience in long-term care settings.
Leadership Skills - You know how to inspire a team and lead by example.
Experience - You have a Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role, ideally within a long-term care or post-acute setting.
Organizational Prowess - You're detail-oriented, great at managing multiple priorities, and love a good challenge.
A Heart for Service - You truly care about making a difference in the lives of others and have excellent communication skills to connect with residents, families, and staff.
