Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following:
Overseeing the day-to-day therapeutic services of the Connections program.
Managing the Counselors and Case Managers working at Connections.
Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN's care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.
Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
Serving as the primary liaison with the community.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?
Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
Master's Degree in related field (required).
Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW) (preferred).
At least three years of experience in the Human Services field (required).
At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.
Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
On-call availability (required).
