Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following:
Providing clinical and administrative leadership in conjunction with senior and program leadership teams.
Planning and directing the operation of the program to meet its mission and goals as well as the requirements of all federal, state and local regulatory and/or accrediting bodies.
Overseeing marketing and advocacy efforts for addiction treatment services and being a liaison to external entities, including regulatory referral sources and payers.
Identifying program outcomes, monitoring the quality assurance plan, and forecasting future program and organizational requirements based on healthcare trends.
Overseeing regulatory compliance, inspections, licensing, and accreditation of the program to ensure high quality standards of care and a safe environment in compliance with infection control standards, specialty organizations, DPH, CARF, and BHN standards.
Developing, implementing, and annually reviewing policies and procedures to support clinical and medical programming.
Administratively and clinically overseeing staff management at the program, including recruiting, training, completing performance appraisals, providing staff with professional development opportunities, overseeing licensing, and ensuring competencies are met.
Providing regular supervision to staff and implementing corrective actions or disciplinary actions as needed.
Leading in coordinating individuals' services and in defining treatment philosophies which shape treatment models of care.
Overseeing caseload management, quality & completeness of documentation, productivity, and utilization reviews.
Monitors all program/individual served financial records to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures regarding financial records and contract billing requirements.
Preparing and monitoring an annual budget, including applying for alternative funding, that results in the acquisition of resources to ensure the program's success.

What are we looking for in the Program Director?
Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
At least five years of experience in the Human Services field (required).
At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
Experience managing substance use services which generate third party revenue (preferred).
Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations (required).
Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
