The Paid Media Lead is a strategic client-side role responsible for overseeing and driving the paid media function within the Global Digital Marketing team. This role combines strategic planning, budget management, and hands-on execution to ensure paid media efforts align with and contribute to overarching business goals.
The Paid Media Lead will develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across a nearly $3m global spend + Martech. The role focuses on leveraging platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Demandbase, Intensify, and programmatic channels to acquire engaged traffic, generate high quality leads, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth. They are expected to act as a subject matter expert, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating new opportunities into the paid media portfolio.
In addition strategy, the Paid Media Lead will take a hands-on approach to campaign management, including ad copy development, audience targeting, and performance optimization. They will manage substantial paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and delivering consistent ROI.
This role demands strong analytical skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive actionable insights. The Paid Media Lead will collaborate closely with analytics, content, SEO, and web teams to ensure cohesive strategies across marketing channels. They will also focus on budget and partner with operations teams to ensure accurate attribution and lead routing for campaigns.
The Paid Media Lead is pivotal in ensuring that paid media not only drives traffic but also delivers measurable business value, supporting the software division’s growth objectives.
This is a remote opportunity within the US.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, either client-side or agency side, required
• Extensive experience in paid media strategy and execution, particularly in B2B, SaaS, or software industries.
• Expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other leading platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to connect paid media efforts to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing others a plus
