Job Description:

Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings, events, hospitality tasks and maintaining cleanliness and organization at a client location. Seeking a candidate who can work the 10:00a.m to 7:00p.m shift.

Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Provide “White Glove” hospitality services.


  • Set-up meeting rooms as specified.


  • Perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies.


  • Clean pantry and kitchen as needed.


  • Retrieve and collect used dishes, mugs, and other items from office floors; transport items to designated areas for cleaning, load and run dishwashers.


  • Restock break areas, kitchens, and conference rooms with beverages, snacks, supplies, and other amenities.

  • Set up and break down conference rooms before and after meetings, ensuring that all requested arrangements are met (tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, etc.).

  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services

  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

  • Please be aware there is OT required in this role and will require some shift flexibility

Qualifications & Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented, Hospitality or Restaurant back-of-house preferred.


  • Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints


  • Good verbal and written communication skills


  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.


  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel


  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities based on office needs.

The Compensation range for this role is 18.67 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
