RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Post-Go-Live Functional Support Analyst to support and improve key financial and operational configurations post-go-live, including assisting with future international market implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• FDM Build-Up and Maintenance: Support and optimize Financial Data Model (FDM) configurations, ensuring smooth functionality post-go-live


• Build reports from scratch, tailoring them to meet business requirements


• Modify existing reports to incorporate new objects and functionalities, providing detailed reasoning for object selection and setup


• Support Financial Event Model (FEM) configurations, ledger updates, and custom validations


• Provide configuration support for business assets and international asset requirements


• Customer Configuration: Handle configuration issues and requests, ensuring a seamless user experience and operational efficiency


• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve functional and reporting issues, demonstrating a strong analytical approach to troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience with FDM, FEM, reporting tools, and financial systems configurations


• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams


• Knowledge of asset configuration and international asset requirements


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues


• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain configuration decisions to non-technical stakeholders


• Demonstrated ability to build and modify reports, with an understanding of object selection and structure

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
