What You'll Do

• Initiate and manage transactional operations on our dedicated investment platform
• Reconcile real estate investment accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and analyze investor reports
• Provide support during audits, financial reviews, and investor inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate investment decisions

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment accounting or a similar role, with a focus on real estate
• A robust comprehension of real estate investment structures
• Hands-on experience with real estate financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and comprehensive proficiency in the use of Yardi software
• Demonstrated experience with real estate investment accounting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
