Responsibilities:
Oversee Day Shift department & direct employees as necessary
Manage ASR, Case Pick, Loose Pick, Cycle Count, Replenishment, Putaways, Receiving and Inventory related functions
Ensure Receiving discrepancies are completed properly
Ensure all errors are fixed and resolved
Maintain and grow a strong culture of teamwork and accountability that aligns with our ICARE & ILEAD principles
Identify cross training opportunities & execute plan
Helps maintain a safe and clean environment
Direct the workforce as necessary, throughout the business
Process improvements-Innovation
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 pm or until work is complete.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of related experience
Critical Requirements:
Knowledge and experience on power equipment
Order filling, stocking, and receiving experience.
Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a multi-functional team.
Candidate must not have an active written warning or above for any reason.
Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary); ability to lift and carry from 50 pounds for short distances.
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary)
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working within a warehouse, production/manufacturing facility or stock room strongly preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, leading a group of 10-15 associates
