Pay range: $18-$20/hr depending on interview and experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 8 :00pm
Responsibilities

Take customer information from our customer service system and relay to our employees in the field.

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros
Requirements:
Must have two or more years of experience as an HVAC or Plumbing Dispatcher.
Office experience required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.
Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at interview)
Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residence in a timely manner.
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
