As a Manufacturing Specialist in Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Note:  Schedule will be 4 ten hour shifts (4pm - 3am Wed-Sat)

Key responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet industry standards.


• Successfully implement quality control procedures and monitor manufacturing processes.


• Conduct detailed inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.


• Compile and analyze data to determine trends and identify areas for improvement.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality assurance strategies.


• Report any non-conformances or potential quality issues to management promptly.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities.


• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.


• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.


• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.


• Profound understanding of GMP regulations and quality assurance standard methodologies.


• Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


• Proven track record of successfully implementing quality control processes.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.


• Proficiency with quality assurance software and tools.


• Dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.
