The Material Coordinator will be responsible for performing the administrative/systemic tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

• Check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Performs inventory control activities, including cycle count, data entry, report generation and reconciliation, and transaction history investigation.
• Performs Receiving functions and transactions.
• Interfaces with Buyers, Planners, Production, and Scheduling to process material transactions, movements, audits, and tracking; and to fulfill customer demand.
• Proficient understanding of BOM's and WIP Processing.
• Examines, modifies, or manages manufacturing work orders for correct set up, and prepares them for builds.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
• Secondary responsibilities may include any and all material handling duties.

• Requires experience in shipping, receiving or stores, production control and reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• High School Diploma
• Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, sitting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs.
