Operate as Team leader on assigned projects. Leverage the product development process to assure on time and on budget launch of new and revised products.
Design and develop innovative new and modified HVAC products, specifically for indoor air quality, ventilation or combustion.
Lead technology development and R&D in support of long-term product portfolio plans.
Provide product support to Production, Sales, Customer Service and others as needed.
Direct product evaluations and analysis to support effective product design and assure ongoing product reliability.
Work with Quality Assurance to develop product quality plans.
Actively engage continuous improvement projects and activities supporting Production and Quality Departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Qualifications:
S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Product Development.
Project management experience (formal training preferred).
Familiar with FMEAs, Design of Experiments and other key engineering disciplines.

Solidworks expertise
MS Office and general computer skills required
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Must be self-directed.
