JOB OVERVIEW:



The Total Rewards Specialist will support processes and initiatives for compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role will specialize in comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards functions and tasks to drive company objectives and excellence.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Supports compensation administration, job description maintenance, job benchmarking, and annual merit process.

  • Backup support for Payroll Coordinator and Benefit Specialist (processing weekly payroll, benefit events, mailboxes, troubleshooting issues as needed)

  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, compensation trends, Comp Analyst maintenance

  • Supports annual health and 401k plan audits, 5500 filings, Summary Annual Report (SAR) notice distribution and non-discrimination testing.

  • Compensation, Benefit, and Payroll related projects such as: audits, annual enrollment, misc.

  • Manages the funding process for 401(k) with recordkeeper.

  • Liaison with HRIS regarding Total Rewards issues including vendor file feeds; changes and configurations.

  • Maintain job profiles and grade profiles/structures in HRIS system.

  • Prepares Total Rewards reporting and support of HR analytics




JOB EXPERIENCE
:



1+ years of experience in Human Resources



KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:



  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • A Proficiency in the MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel

  • HRIS systems navigation & knowledge (Workday preferred)




EDUCATION:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting or related field preferred
