Senior HRIS Analyst:


The Senior HRIS Analyst provides functional, operational, and technical expertise in analyzing, maintaining, configuring, supporting, designing, and implementing Human Resources (People & Culture) applications such as UKG, Electronic Onboarding, Harri applicant tracking, and other integrated HR tools. Responsibilities include issue resolution and ensuring data integrity across HR systems through audits, system controls, and structured processes. As a subject matter expert, the role supports security administration, efficient business workflows to meet the needs of HR systems, including core, benefits, payroll, and reporting. The Senior HRIS Analyst collaborates with the HRIS team to handle daily support needs and drive continuous improvements in processes and user experience



What You'll Do:




  • Administer, monitor, and analyze complex business processes requiring technical or industry knowledge combined with functional business knowledge.

  • Act as an internal security subject matter expert, providing consultative, technical, and functional assistance, as well as configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for Human Resources (People & Culture) systems.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain information entered in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Review manager self-service (MSS) requests daily for accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual employee and HR data audits to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide HRIS training and daily customer service support to our stakeholders.
  • Support project planning and implementations related to HRIS.
  • Analyze daily functions and projects as required.
  • Be a driving force behind HR system continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:





  • 3 years of experience supporting UKG (preferred)

  • Highly proficient in HRIS technology and functions

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality

  • Requires knowledge of MS Office and understanding of HR software systems

  • Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment

  • People acumen: emotional intelligence; experience in conflict management and problem solving

  • Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service & results oriented

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and


Physical Requirements:




  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
