The Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage General Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping the dining experiences at The Sunny, a newly reimagined property designed to deliver elevated hospitality in a vibrant oceanfront setting. Overseeing multiple venues, including the iconic Sandbar perched above the Atlantic, you will set the tone for exceptional service, innovative offerings, and unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
Contribute to The Sunny's Story: Be a key player in establishing The Sunny as the go-to destination for locals and travelers by enhancing the guest journey and building a standout reputation in the market.
Lead with Vision: Oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring each reflects the unique personality of The Sunny, including the dynamic Sandbar and other on-site venues.
Drive Excellence: Implement and uphold operational standards that deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining consistency across all outlets.
Inspire and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and guest-focused service.
Ensure Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through creative initiatives, efficient operations, and an eye for profitability.
