HR IT Business Analyst, SuccessFactors at Zurich

Job Description:

Zurich Services LLC (a division of Zurich North America) is currently hiring a HR IT Business Analyst, SuccessFactors and this person can work in our Schaumburg North America HQ OR remotely for the right person. This person will report to the SAP HR IT Director.

Responsibilities:


  • Enabling processes and technology in the HR landscape

  • Partnering with Compensation COE to build technical solutions with SuccessFactors Compensation

  • Supports HR teams from a technology perspective and partner with Centers of Excellence for HR teams - specifically with payroll and compensation

  • Partner with offshore technical teams and outsourced partners and internal technical teams to build technology solutions within SuccessFactors

  • Interact and partner with various HR teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to SuccessFactors technical requirements, and gather requirements from HR teams

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

Preferred Qualifications:


  • SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Compensation modules

  • Background with HR processes and HR departments, knowledge of HR processes


  • Background with comprehending business requirements, translating requirements to technical documents, and experience with requirements gathering


  • Insurance Industry experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The proposed salary range for this position is $92,100.00 - $150,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
