Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily office operations, managing support staff and prioritizing resource allocation.

  • Direct information systems management, ensuring reliable and secure access to data.

  • Manage office equipment, services, and facilities for optimal functioning.

  • Foster a professional and positive work environment, facilitating open communication and effective collaboration among staff at all levels.

  • Engage in strategic planning with leadership to develop and achieve organizational goals.

  • Prepare and monitor the firm's budget.

  • Handle billing, prepare financial statements, and manage financial reporting and collections.

  • Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax return preparation, and other compliance reporting.

  • Draft and implement operational and HR policies to support quality service delivery.

  • Provide support for HR management functions as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support office efficiency and goal attainment.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and client service capabilities.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and professionalism.

  • In-depth knowledge of office management, accounting procedures, and information systems.

  • Proficiency in task organization and delegation.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with NetDocuments and/or Clio.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of five years in a senior management position.


Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Location: Dallas, TX
