This healthcare construction firm has been in business for a decade and has been building their client portfolio ever since. They strive to be the go-to healthcare builders in the area, and they are proud of their repeat business and solid client base. Because of the successful year in 2023, this company has set its goals on growing and expanding, but not diversifying. They know what they are good at, and they aren't interested in testing out new waters. Healthcare is the niche, and they are darn good at it. Now they are looking for a Project Manager to help them build more beautiful projects.



-Your new role-



As a Construction Project Manager with this company, you will oversee projects in the healthcare space. These range from exam rooms, clinics, operating rooms, MRI installation and fitout, etc. If there is construction work being done by a healthcare provider in Westchester, chances are this company knows about it. You will manage projects from the contractor side, reporting to ownership, and hiring the subcontractors directly. This is not an owner's rep role, so make sure you bring that self-perform experience! The firm is hoping that this individual will come in, manage a project and show them what they can do, and move on up to SPM and beyond.



-What you'll need to succeed-

• 5+ years in construction project management (10 ideal)
  
  


• Experience working for a general contractor (or self-performing with a CM or Developer)
  
  


• Healthcare construction experience necessary
  
  


• Ability to commute to projects in Westchester
  
  


• Construction-related degree preferred
