Your Role



As the Head of Strategic Engagement & Enterprise Account Team - Fertility, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic partnerships within our organization. You will lead our enterprise account team, responsible for managing key client relationships and developing customized fertility solutions for corporate partners. This position requires a strong blend of strategic acumen, leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our enterprise accounts and partnerships within the fertility sector.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise account team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored fertility solutions.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the fertility sector.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Reporting and Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of enterprise account activities, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.




Who You Are




Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 8-12 years proven experience in a senior leadership role within the fertility or healthcare industry, with a focus on enterprise account management and strategic partnerships.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles related to contract negotiation and revenue generation.
