Description: We are currently seeking a (Hybrid) HEDIS RN for our client in Jackson, TN!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
Type: Ongoing W2 contract
Rate: Competitive and based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Request medical records and schedule appointments at provider offices for retrieval.
- Perform on-site retrieval of records at practice group locations.
- Review and abstract specific medical record data related to HEDIS hybrid measures.
- Obtain records via scanning, copying, office EMR systems, downloading on secure encrypted IronKey, or other electronic methods.
- Enter data into a HEDIS software system after a complete and accurate review.
Requirements:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Experience with HEDIS or Chart Abstraction
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required
