Position Summary
Leverages data and/or research to analyze existing business processes for compliance with regulatory orcorporate compliance requirements. Develops and/or enhances existing business processes and implementschanges that will affect business processes with a low impact for stakeholders, within predictable timeframes,and will have low complexity and risk.

The successful candidate will work from the Home Office, Erie PA.
The Hiring Manager will also consider candidates for a Senior or Associate Compliance Analytics Specialist. Level of position offered will be based upon the depth and breadth of selected candidate's experience and qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes business or process problems of low complexity.
Maintains a database to support department initiatives and projects.
Executes various department reports.
Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes data-supported recommendations andvalidates solutions to effect enhancements.
Provides solutions that affect business or technical processes.
Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Participates in the execution and implementation of solutions.
Works with leaders and higher-level peers to ensure actions are in alignment with enterprise strategies.
Conducts investigations of low complexity in support of department requirements.
Shadows teammates and peers as part of the learning process.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field, plus two years' related experience; or
Associate's degree in a Business, Data Analytics, or field, plus four years' related experience; or
High school diploma or GED, plus six years' related experience.
Additional Experience
Working knowledge of database and analytical technologies such as SAS, Qlik, Python, Advanced Excel,Tableau, Access, Business Objects, Crystal Reporting, Power BI preferred.
Insurance industry experiencepreferred.
