The Organizational Change Management Analyst will focus on the people side of change primarily related to implementation of high impact enterprise-wide strategic technology investments. The Organizational Change Management Analyst is responsible for successfully leading the transformation from current state to the future state with a focus on improving Associate and customer utilization and adoption leading to realization of sustained business results. The incumbent will play a crucial role in guiding the transition from the current state to the future state for assigned projects, emphasizing enhanced Associate and Customer engagement to realize sustained business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Apply structured change management methodologies to support multi-departmental initiatives, aligned with the team's change maturity level.
Help in establishing and maintaining scalable change management practices across various projects, including the development of toolkits for consistent implementation.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Stakeholders, Training teams, and third-party vendors to support the integration of change management into project plans. Provide logistical support for planned releases and operational readiness.
Develop, execute and maintain records for project change management activities, such as conducting user impact assessments, feedback surveys, and facilitating retrospectives. Helping establish adoption metrics and other goals to measure change success. Identifying potential risks and resistance to change, supporting strategies to address and mitigate them. Designing and developing communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, SharePoint pages, etc. Communicating change updates clearly through various channels.
Support dialogue and change activities with Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to help identify and address obstacles, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and applications.
Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to identify obstacles that hinder progress and take steps to address them and ensure adoption of the new process, applications etc.
Assist and lead, where applicable, the designing, developing, delivering, and managing relevant training and communications for assigned projects and programs.
Serve as a consultant/resource to business partners and stakeholders, promoting awareness of change management best practices aligned with overall company strategy.
Serve as a communications lead for the Digital team and the Delivery Transformation Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or business-related field or equivalent work experience is required.
1+ years of experience leading change for complex corporate environments and enterprise-wide projects. Experience must include leading change management initiatives, communications strategies, organizational design and development, preferably within a Banking or Financial Services environment.
3 + years of relevant industry experience in project management, process improvement or related field
Industry recognized Change Management Certification or designation is a plus.
Must have the ability to proactively manage risks related to change saturation, fatigue and resistance.
Must have strong leadership/influencing/relationship management skills.
Must have the ability to align interest across the enterprise and drive collaboration among groups.
Must have the ability to convey complex situations to audiences of all levels and secure buy in and support from sponsors.
Must have proven ability to influence others and attain aggressive goals.
Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects through advance project management skills.
Must possess an aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology.
Must be a team player, able to work with others effectively and collaboratively at all levels in the organization.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to travel within the WSFS Bank footprint.
