Job Description:





This position has two main responsibilities within the Enterprise Learning team. First, to serve as the primary support person for our leadership and professional development programs including all administrative processes aligned with the delivery of virtual and in-person learning programs Second, this role will design and develop course related materials including content outlines and activities, participant guides, and program outcomes reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the delivery of all assigned Enterprise Learning programs; includes virtual and in-person event coordination, building delivery schedules, and managing CPE paperwork


  • Design and develop internal courses (instructor led and asynchronous digital courses) at the direction of a program manager. This will include creating topic outlines, content decks, engagement activities, participant related materials, and outcomes reports.


  • Manage administration of 360 assessment and DiSC profile processes; includes sending assessments in advance of enterprise learning courses, creating individual and team reports, responding to questions regarding administration of assessments; and reclaiming unused credits. Internal team management of our Enterprise learning team to include; coordinating schedules and team meetings, project management liaison with Learning Operations, managing team and events calendar, leading team connection huddles, gathering agenda items, etc.


  • Facilitate/instruct internally developed courses.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required


  • Continuing Professional Education/Compliance experience a plus


  • Course/content design experience is a plus


  • Workday experience


  • Zoom/Teams platform experience


  • Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred


  • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks


  • Strong customer service skills


  • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving aptitude, and attention to detail


  • Exceptional communication skills


  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, Canva, Smartsheet preferred


  • Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking role
