The Patient Advocacy & Reimbursement Services (PARS) Analyst role will be responsible for the review, analysis and communication of key performance results for the PARS Exogen teams including but not limited to monthly performance metrics, KPI results, order accuracy, processing of new payer data and standard work reports. They will also be responsible for developing and communicating new business reports that drive process improvement for the PARS organization.What you'll be doing


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements.

  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to guide decision-making related to team performance and operational efficiencies.

  • Identify and determine root-cause of performance gaps and develop plan to address missed KPIs.

  • Serve as business consultant for systems and processes influenced by PARS operations team (Brightree, Exogen Direct, etc.)

  • Lead annual resource planning for respective areas inclusive of evaluating workload by lane, structure of lanes and recommendations on headcount allocations. This will include developing communication and implementation plans.

  • Assist with identifying and implementing new tools and resources for best in class service.

  • Work closely with sales, finance, business intelligence, marketing, and market access counterparts to address executive level requests as they pertain to order processing and patient acceptance.

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with internal and external customers

  • Present monthly results as they relate to business KPIs

  • Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.

  • Assist with other projects and duties as required

What you'll bring to the table


  • B.S. or B.A. in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Similar Programs

  • 4+ years' experience in Revenue Management, Patient Financial Services or Medical Device Commercial Operations

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of Business Analytics Software including Microsoft PowerBI

  • Project Management background a plus or 1-2 years of statistical analysis experience or hospital billing experience.
