Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations and reporting at various properties as needed
Provide strategic financial guidance to property teams to drive performance
Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Collaborate with property management teams to implement best practices
Conduct financial audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of data

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles within the hospitality industry
CPA designation or advanced financial certification preferred
Strong knowledge of finance principles, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel and work on-site at different properties as required, 90% + travel
