The position is responsible for providing sales support to the Sales Division. This position can and will operate outside of normal business hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Work on formal bid process for Sales Division
Work with operations to provide customer tracking, shipping documentation such as BOLs, using FedEx for tracking and freight quoting purposes, obtaining information regarding inventory or from engineering for customer drawings, etc.
Provide customer support (leads, sales action, existing accounts)
Draft various documentation such as sales quotes, contracts, purchase orders, etc.
Qualify incoming leads
Monitor customer accounts to ensure past due invoices do not interfere with future business
Own data quality for internal CRM and ERP systems ensuring information is both accurate and up to date
Create marketing content for Sales Division
Complete the "case" process in SalesForce from start to finish for customer issues
Qualifications:
College Degree, Bachelors
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of SalesForce, including creating quotations, cases, reports, leads, etc. would be a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities - must be resourceful and able to proactively resolve issues with minimal guidance
Ability to maintain a customer focused attitude and outlook
Must be highly adaptable and can work on multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Must be a strong communicator and be able to work with both internal and external team members to ensure customer success
Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed
