Please join us in making an impact on life as an Associate Value Stream Supervisor. You will own the achievement of daily and monthly operational objectives for defined areas of responsibility within the Sensors Value Stream in Radiometer's New Brighton, MN site. You will have direct responsibility for the production operations on the shift, within a fast paced, high growth environment! Be responsible for daily results in-line with established yearly improvement goals in the critical KPI areas of Safety, Quality (internal & external), Delivery and Inventory Accuracy.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supervisory activities including recruitment, selection and administering performance and proposing compensation for direct reports. Also make recommendations for direct labor staffing requirements in accordance with capacity models for current and future KPI success.
Lead the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees and promoting safety awareness. Continually upgrade, direct, comply with, and enforce Company safety programs and policies.
Responsible for cross-training plan development, execution, communication and matrix updating
Support Achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity targets through effective and efficient Daily Management execution leadership
Administer company policies and procedures knowledgeably, including but not limited to the attendance and "time clocking" policies. Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate tracking of Attendance Policy "points" and adherence to Attendance Policy disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications
High School diploma
3+ years of relevant experience
Prior "front line" manufacturing production experience and the ability to set and hold others to commitment expectations
Prior effective visual daily management and demonstrated process improvement
Willingness to work onsite, Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated success in building winning teams through Top grading, development, coaching and organization planning
