A Warren Oil Co Grounds Keeper maintains grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Worker typically performs a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: Pressure washing, assist environmental technician in pumping storm water and trash collection.

Grounds Keeper Duties:
Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
Power wash any exterior as part of facility housekeeping.
Maintain or repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, pumps and pressure washer using hand or power tools.
Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Pick up debris throughout the property and collect garbage from exterior trash cans on a daily basis.
Grounds Keeper Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED
Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, pickup trucks, and a vacuum truck.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and in a group to meet deadlines

This position spends most work hours outside subject to all types of weather, noise, and temperatures. This position has possible exposure to hazardous chemicals and dangerous equipment. You must wear protective equipment provided by the employer when working with hazardous materials.
