Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Ramon, CA that is seeking a Cloud Migration Project Manager to collaborate with principal stakeholders and other team members to understand the goals, and align RFP with cloud migration plan objectives.

The Cloud Migration Project Manager will create a detailed project plan, including:

• Timeline and Milestones, key dependencies, and deliverable dates


• Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders


• Budget allocation and resource requirements


• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies


• Develop a change management process

Phase 2 Responsibilities:

• Manage project communication and meetings with client stakeholders


• Manage third-party cloud advisory consultants


• Manage project progress; Ensure projects are on track and on time


• Managing all project resources


• Eliminate any potential blockers and risks


• Ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in cloud migration (on prem to cloud)


• Familiar with ITSM platform, including its tools and resources


• Experience with tracking projects from inception-post deployment support


• * Project tracking tool experience (shareable), project tracking and reporting


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (very important)


• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a track record of timely delivering actionable plans


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)


• Data-driven mindset with experience with tracking and reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
