Job Description:




HITT Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and play a pivotal role in driving the success of strategic, innovative and high-priority digital initiatives. This leadership position will be integral to advancing the future of HITT Contracting by overseeing complex projects that align with our organizational goals.


In this role, you will implement a strong technology program management discipline and manage a portfolio of strategic projects. The position will ensure seamless execution by navigating interdependencies and aligning efforts with broader business objectives. Your business acumen and growth mindset will be key to driving enterprise value and navigating complex, ambiguous challenges to deliver structured solutions. Your expertise in change management and facilitation will empower you to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and achieve impactful project outcomes.


With excellent communication skills, you will engage with senior executives, operational leaders, and stakeholders to provide clear, actionable updates and recommendations. You will leverage your ability to lead without direct authority, guiding teams toward successful results. As a leader with high emotional intelligence, you will manage high-profile projects with care, fostering strong relationships and building cohesive teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Portfolio, Program, and Project Management:


  • Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) and operating model.


  • Develop and implement a governance framework and OKRs/metrics tracking for enterprise engagement and decisions.


  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and mid-level stakeholders, guiding the planning and implementation of high-impact initiatives.


  • Oversee and manage multiple complex projects within our portfolio, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams and departments.


  • Lead all phases of project management, from initiation to closeout, including planning, execution, monitoring, and transition.


  • Develop comprehensive project plans with multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, manage budget and dependencies across teams.


  • Use project management tools and methodologies to ensure milestone achievement, identify risks, and escalate issues impacting scope, timeline, and quality.


  • Proactively anticipate project challenges, propose solutions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to keep projects on track.


  • Manage organizational change, ensuring successful adoption and engagement by project teams and end users.




Change, communication and Stakeholder Management:


  • Effectively communicate with C-suite executives and senior leaders, providing status updates, proposals, and key recommendations.


  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions, translating business goals into actionable project plans.


  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.


  • Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and project sustainability post-implementation.




Project Management Education and Mentorship:


  • Provide project management training, mentorship, and guidance to other team members and leaders across the organization.


  • Develop and implement project management best practices, tools, and standards within the PMO and across HITT Contracting.


  • Build a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and project management excellence.





QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.


  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant project management experience in a complex, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


  • Proven experience managing enterprise-wide high-impact digital transformation projects, ideally with a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a complex enterprise.


  • Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, Jira, ADO, etc.


  • Experience managing portfolios of projects or enterprise-level programs.


  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in process improvement initiatives.


  • PMP, SAFe Agile, Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent certification.
