We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts to join American Tower's Strategic Accounts team. The Strategic Accounts team manages key customer relationships, develops the overall Account and Commercial strategy and drives all related sales. As the Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for maintaining existing relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer point of contact related to contract management, reporting and compliance. The Senior Manager will maintain a comprehensive, rolling account plan that outlines short-term and long-term objectives, identifies growth opportunities, addresses potential challenges, and ensures alignment with the company's sales and revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for regularly reviewing and updating the account plan to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
What You Can Offer Us
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Account Headquarter contacts, promoting long term partnerships and customer satisfaction
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Account's Headquarter working team, maintain account-wide view of escalations and work with appropriate internal teams to address National-level escalations in a timely manner
Lead development of national QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) across all products with support from cross-functional internal teams
Leverage relationships and customer intelligence to support the development of sales strategies and identify new business opportunities that maximize revenue generation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer messaging is consistent and aligned with customer strategy
Develop and analyze Account KPIs/metrics to ensure existing performance is on track to achieve business objectives and to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor and report on account performance, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality service and value
Prepare presentations on account profile, contract performance, business objectives and risks for leadership team and stakeholders across all products
Operationalize new agreements (rollout, implementation, compliance) to ensure American Tower is able to maximize contract value and deliver optimal customer experience

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or comparable experience required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role within the telecommunications or real estate industry required.
Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, and industry dynamics, strongly preferred.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements and deadlines and solve problems effectively to manage relationships
Strong communication skills; ability to convey a message and work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and act as a trusted liaison between the company and its customers.
Approximately 40% travel may be required in support of job responsibilities.
