What You Will Do:

As an Engineering Specialist, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge transportation design projects using the latest technologies. You’ll play an integral role in shaping the future of roadways, drainage, and infrastructure systems while growing your career alongside top industry experts.

• Lead and Innovate: Develop roadway and drainage designs under the supervision of a registered engineer, using state-of-the-art tools and technologies to create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with Engineering Technicians, engineers in training, and other professionals, providing direction and collaborating to achieve project excellence.
• Cutting-Edge Design: Prepare and revise technical drawings for complex transportation projects, utilizing the latest 3D design tools to bring your creative ideas to life.
• Create Impactful Plans: Develop comprehensive plan sheets and sets for construction, ensuring high-quality work that meets project specifications and client needs.
• Master New Technologies: Experience and learn 3D design techniques, expanding your skill set and becoming a leader in the latest design technologies.

What You Will Bring:

• An Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a similar degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in Municipal/Transportation engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).
• A strong ability to prepare, understand, and work with construction plans, technical documents, and specifications.
• Expertise in design software, particularly Bentley products such as Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and Geopak. Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
