Job Description
Coordination of lab equipment installation process including procurement approvals.
Coordination of activities relating to the repair, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and related systems.
Review repairand validation documents as needed.
Scheduling and coordinating repair work performed by outside contractors (includes ensuring vendors are in compliance with site requirements prior to performing equipment-related services).
Ensure repair activities are communicated to and scheduled with the affected QC functional area and that area management is informed.
Review of vendor documentation in support of repair.
Understand vendor specifications and track updates and critical bugs affecting hardware and software.
Review and track, work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed.
Support change control activities impacting QC equipment; provide impact assessments when required.
Support investigations of equipment-related deviations as needed.
Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
Writes and revises Equipment related SOPs as necessary.
Working with Cross-function teams that will be supporting a long-term project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or other science-related degree concentration, orequivalent directly-related experience
Project management or coordination experience is preferred
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time. This role is on a 1stShift Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Pay range is between $20-25/hr based on experience.
