Your Role: As the Epicor Application Administrator, you will:
Manage and Optimize: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ERP system.
Enhance Data Flow: Improve data integration with internal and external applications, and perform migrations and backups.
Support and Train: Provide system-related support and training across the organization.
Customize and Develop: Make slight modifications and customizations, and create custom reports, workflows, and business logic.
Upgrade and Document: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal downtime, and document all system configurations and processes.
What We're Looking For:
Epicor ERP Expertise: Deep knowledge of Epicor's manufacturing modules and functionalities, including Epicor Kinetic and Epicor 10.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL querying and reporting with SSRS or Power BI, and strong system administration background (SQL, IIS, backup and recovery).
Integration Experience: Knowledge of integrating third-party applications.
Development Skills: Experience with Epicor Service Connect and Epicor Application Studio is a major plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
