Actively engage in team culture and contribute to learning and presentation opportunities across the design organization.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions.
Provide design recommendations based on technical feasibility, usability findings, accessibility (A11y), legal, and design best practices.
Maintain a design culture of simple, seamless interfaces and components.
Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement.
Authorize deviations from current standards based on analytics or evidence-based observations.
May lead functional or segment teams or projects.
Motivate and inspire other team members.
Required Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience with information architecture, interaction design, UX design, or graphic design.
4+ years of experience working with multiple teams and competing priorities.
4+ years of incorporating user feedback in the design process (user research, NPS, Voice of the Customer).
4+ years of experience with prominent industry design tools (Figma, Figjam, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure).
2+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams.
2+ years of experience building and/or utilizing personas to inform design decisions.
2+ years of experience presenting to stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
Proven track record of driving change in a large, complex matrixed environment, even amid ambiguous circumstances.
Bias toward action and innovative big-picture thinking while improving processes and optimizing operations.
Experience working in healthcare.
Excellent resource management skills.
