SUMMARY
As an Executive Assistant, your superior organizational and computer skills, strong attention to detail and pleasant demeanor are essential contributors to the successful flow of information throughout the organization.
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: St. Mary's Campus
DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care
SCHEDULE: Weekdays; 8am-4:30pm
ATTRIBUTES
Associates degree preferred (ideally in Secretarial Sciences).
Minimum of two years secretarial and/or office experience required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Assistance. Process and triage incoming correspondence and exercises judgment with respect to urgency, confidentiality and relative importance; perform a variety of administrative/clerical duties; take dictation, transcribe correspondence and type documents which may involve highly technical or confidential information; file and manage information pertinent to overall hospital operations
Record Management. Maintain electronic databases, paper files and records, retrieving information as necessary; may create financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requested
Reporting. May perform various types of business analyses, including accumulating, calculating and formatting information into final reports; assist in budget preparation, patient billing, charging and insurance claims/programs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $29.50
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
