DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport is seeking a dynamic Director of Hotel Operations to join their team. Overlooking San Francisco Bay, our hotel is two miles from San Francisco International Airport. With 2 culinary and beverage offerings along with over 12,000 square feet of event space, this beautiful property is the perfect location to grow your career with Hilton.
In this role, the Director of Hotel Operations will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication, a talent for developing others and a passion for driving innovation and improving service standards. At least 2-3 years of Director level experience with a strong banquet and restaurant background is required.
What will I be doing?
As the Director of Hotel Operations, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
