Teaching Assistant Professor of Psychology
(Non-Tenure Stream)

The School of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences at Stevens Institute of Technology is seeking candidates for a full-time, non-tenure-track, renewable faculty appointment as Teaching Assistant Professor of Psychology (open area), beginning in Fall 2025.
We are seeking a colleague that is a passionate educator with the ability to teach undergraduate Psychology courses including Introduction to Psychology and upper-level courses based on the candidate’s area of expertise. Candidates should have a PhD in Psychology with a track record of research and scholarly expertise in the discipline.
The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction and expand our course offerings in Psychology as part of the growing Bachelor of Science degree program in Quantitative Social Science. The successful candidate will work alongside interdisciplinary colleagues in the School of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences (HASS) to teach students to combine technical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
