POSITION SUMMARY: Provides day-to-day consultation, training, instruction, troubleshooting, problem-solving to end users for Window’s desktop support and mobile device solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Manage/Monitor help desk support for end users.
Provide end user support for mobile devices and Windows desktop support.
Manage the company’s mobile device accounts.
Assist in various network and infrastructure support and maintenance needs.
Assist in support and maintenance of the Dealer Business System.
Provide support for the office phone systems.
Assist in computer refreshes.
Effectively create documentation to support end user needs.
Maintain a safe working environment and always adhere to company safety program.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
Promote a positive attitude at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Education/Experience:
Preferred - associate degree or its equivalent in a related field.
Experience in providing support and troubleshooting to end users.
Ability to set work priorities and work independently.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with both technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Excellent skills in both troubleshooting and multi-tasking.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation:
