We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Security team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Security Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting security system installations and managing physical security programs on a global basis, ensuring the safety and security of our offices.
We will count on you to:
Support security system installations in new or relocated offices, including implementations of Victor Unified Client, SecuriThings, Software House C*Cure 9000, and Business Intelligence Reporting tools (BIRS).
Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of electronic access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring systems.
Conduct site visits and assessments of local offices to ensure compliance with security protocols and emergency procedures.
Provide administrative and technical support for investigations and audits, including generating Access Control Reports and maintaining system logs.
Troubleshoot security workstations and manage incident tickets for the Physical Security Group.
What you need to have:
Experience: 2+ years in a security systems administration role or related field, with hands-on experience in electronic access control and CCTV systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using security management software such as C*Cure 9000 and Victor Unified Client, along with experience in data reporting tools.
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively coach colleagues and liaise with facilities management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing security needs.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $78,000 to $156,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
