The Team
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts to join American Tower’s Strategic Accounts team. The Strategic Accounts team manages key customer relationships, develops the overall Account and Commercial strategy and drives all related sales. As the Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for maintaining existing relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer point of contact related to contract management, reporting and compliance. The Senior Manager will maintain a comprehensive, rolling account plan that outlines short-term and long-term objectives, identifies growth opportunities, addresses potential challenges, and ensures alignment with the company's sales and revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for regularly reviewing and updating the account plan to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
