Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Legal Secretary for a full-time role at a prestigious law firm in San Francisco. This position offers excellent benefits and requires strong administrative and document processing support for attorneys and paralegals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file patent application documents.
Draft Office Action shells and client reports.
Conduct patent research and obtain necessary documents.
Track patent application statuses and prepare complex Excel spreadsheets.
Manage client billing and coordinate invoicing processes.
Provide confidential administrative support and manage calendars.
Assist with correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
Handle travel and expense reconciliation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; some college or PLS Certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a law firm or related environment.
Knowledge of legal terminology, electronic invoicing, and patent processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
Full-time, standard 5-day workweek with potential for additional hours as needed.
