Provide support to students for specific topics and courses

Reports to the Dean, Allied Health & Emergency Services

1. Provide support to students in subject matter via group and/or individual tutoring.2. Align academic support with faculty lectures and assigned text book. 3. Meet with individual students as needed for academic tutoring.4. Collect data as required by program coordinator and dean.5. Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment6. Regular communication with program faculty on assigned tasks and progress.

1. Associate's degree in physical therapy


2. Experience with virtual meetings.


3. Effective interpersonal communication skills.


4. Ability to relate to a diverse student body.

1.Experience teaching or tutoring at a community college.2. Graduate of Prairie State College's PTA program.

$30 per hour
