JOB SUMMARY



Website and Paid Media Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives. This individual is responsible for overseeing and optimizing website performance, executing A/B testing, and implementing dynamic content strategies to enhance user experience and drive lead generation.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Essential Functions:



  • Develop conversion optimization strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

  • Create high-converting landing pages that effectively communicate value propositions and drive desired actions.

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements and improve conversion rates.

  • Implement dynamic content to personalize user experiences.

  • Collaborate with various university departments to manage and update the HubSpot-hosted website.

  • Oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel to track website activity, conversion events, and user behavior.

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Hubspot, and SEMrush to analyze website performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse, and other relevant tools.

  • Manage Meta Pixel for tracking conversions and audience retargeting.

  • Utilize SEMrush for research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

  • Work closely with digital contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:



  • Southern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene.   • An understanding of the importance for diversity, inclusion and equity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, and web analytics.

  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of website design and user experience principles.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business tools, and SEMrush.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in higher education



Supervision Received:


Receives supervision and work assignments from a designated supervisor, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.



Supervision Exercised:


May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees.
