Your new role
As a Business Partner, you will:
Support all employees throughout the full life-cycle process.
Identify, develop, and assist retail locations with best practices regarding HR policies and business objectives.
Provide ongoing support and coaching for leadership, including performance management.
Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, and provide solution-driven outcomes.
Assist management with talent attraction, sourcing, retention, succession, pipeline planning, and workforce optimization.
Guide leaders through yearly performance appraisals, annual reviews, and support development plans.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5+ years of strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within a retail environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, particularly California employment regulations.
