Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

• The role is fast-paced and suitable for individuals who enjoy challenges and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• It involves a new and unusual program, offering a unique experience within Microsoft.
• The role offers high visibility to executives and involves working with large S&P 500 customers, which might appeal to candidates interested in engaging with high-level executives and big customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with workshop facilitators on workshop needs and logistics: book conference facilities, manage catering, accounting for dietary restrictions, etc.
    Create and disseminate a variety of email communications pre-and-post workshop ensuring quality and accuracy
    Liaise 1x1 via email with workshop attendees to answer questions, set proper expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience
    Support operations by developing additional content for the program


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred
    5-7 years related experience required.
    Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
    Disqualifiers: N/A
    Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would be efficient
    Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines.
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience


1. Minimum 5-7 years experience with MSFT suite
2. Minimum 5-7 years experience as an Admin Assistant or Event Coordinator or related tasks.
3. Minimum 5-7 years experience with high level communications.

  • A competitive pay range of $31.50 per hour (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
