What You'll Be Doing:
Building and managing a land development team
Client and business development, communicating with clients and local and state agencies
Attending public hearings as needed
Hiring and mentoring junior staff
Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
Writing contracts and reviewing invoices
Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
Preparing construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
What You Bring to the Table:
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
PE license is required
10 plus years of experience in land development design, including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control
Experience in project management or the ambition to become a leader within the organization
Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
