YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management
Manage daily operations, ensuring healthcare programs run seamlessly and achieve objectives.
Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure program success.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, patients, and community organizations for successful program execution.
Serve as the communication hub across departments and stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Implement quality assurance measures and evaluate programs ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and report program data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Present program results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Training and Development
Develop and deliver staff training for all individuals involved in program operations.
Provide continuous support to ensure the team remains well-equipped and informed.
Patient and Community Engagement
Engage with patients and the community to promote program participation and collect feedback.
Address patient concerns related to program services and results.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare program management or medical staffing, preferably within the IHS Healthcare System or other federal medical systems.
Experience in managing healthcare programs with a focus on program operations and evaluation.
IHS Healthcare or Federal medical system experience preferred.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex programs.

Expertise in team management, providing direction, and performance evaluations.

Ability to analyze program data and make informed decisions.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Work Environment:
Operate within a structured office or medical clinic setting, with regional travel requirements throughout the Oklahoma City metroplex and Kansas, to support program objectives and foster direct engagement with stakeholders.
Schedule:
Work performed under this contract will be Monday through Friday 08:00 am-4:00 pm daily. Duty hours are expected to average forty (40) hours per week.
