This role is based on-site at our local recruiting office and involves fostering exceptional relationships, ensuring organizational efficiency, and achieving hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of recruiters, providing guidance and motivation to meet business hiring objectives while adhering to company processes and procedures.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to candidates and clients, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

  • Client Partnership: Serve as the liaison between recruiting teams, hiring managers, and client leadership to create seamless, collaborative experiences.

  • Results-oriented management: Drive team performance to meet and exceed hiring targets, ensuring accountability and goal achievement.

  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain organized and compliant records of candidates, job order and client communication ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies

  • Flexible Support: Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, ensuring that all objectives and results are achieved without compromise.

What You Bring


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. 4 year degree preferred

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations and team management.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead high-performing teams and manage client relationships with evolving expectations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and use relevant technology platforms.
